Frequently asked questions.

Are all of your pieces hand-painted?

Yes! I hand-paint each watercolor piece over many ,many hours right in my home studio. I paint on Arches paper, typically on 100% cotton cold press paper. A few of my smaller pieces are on Arches hot pressed paper, which is really great for small details and fine lines. I use (mostly) Winsor & Newton professional watercolor pigments that are high-quality and will stand the test of time.

How can I purchase an original piece?

I have made most of my pieces available on my website for a smooth and easy purchase. But I would certainly like to connect to each of my collectors personally! Each original piece will be sent with a certificate of authenticity with information kept for my records as well as yours.

Can I commission an original piece?

Yes. I have completed personal pieces, say of a wedding bouquet or particularly meaningful flower.

However, I can only take on very few commissions each year. My painting take lots of time for me to complete. Turn around time is 2-3 months.

Cost would depend on size and complexity, offered in 22” x 30” or 29” x 41”, which are about the largest pieces of paper I can get at the moment. Pricing begins at 2000.00.

Do you use a professional for art prints?

Yes! I use a printer who specifically works with high-quality fine art prints. Each piece is on 100% cotton 300gsm paper with archival inks using the giclee process. Printers that print this level of quality are very expensive, so I use a company that works in California.

I have printed and tested every single piece to determine color accuracy and clarity against the original pieces. I can tell that it is very hard to tell a print from the original. I wanted to offer prints as an affordable way for more people to enjoy my work while still offering larger originals and limited edition prints to distinguished collectors.

Do you offer prints already framed?

No. Art prints are offered unframed. Individual styles and interior preferences vary too much. I have made art print sizes in common sizes so that mats and frames are easier to find.

How are items shipped?

Art prints are mailed via USPS and typically take 7-14 days to arrive after ordering, depending on the time of year, including shipping delays. Most items are shipped rolled in a cardboard tube.

What about returns?

I am a single artist handling all the business of my art pieces. If a piece arrives damaged or otherwise inaccurate, I will do everything to get the right piece to you. I want you to love your piece!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! However, with tariffs and taxes to consider, I do prefer those to go through my Etsy shop. I have attempted to do this myself, but as a small artist, the network of variable taxes is very hard to navigate.

Shipping costs will also vary by your location.

You may contact me on Etsy or via the form her on my website.
